Delivery Information

We offer two delivery options for UK mainland addresses:

• Standard delivery — 3–5 working days. Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95.
• Express delivery — 1–2 working days. £6.95.

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched on the following Monday.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your country's customs authority, not by Frela.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account page.

If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@frela.co with your order number and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Some of our pieces — particularly ceramics and larger homeware — require extra care in packaging. These items may take an additional 1–2 working days to prepare for dispatch. We use sustainable, protective packaging to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
