30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@frela.co with your order number and we'll send you a return label.
How to Return an Item
- Email hello@frela.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK orders) or return instructions (international orders).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest collection point or post office.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures availability and the fastest turnaround.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:
- Candles that have been lit
- Fragrances and diffusers that have been opened
- Personalised or made-to-order items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including shipping costs — as quickly as possible.
